As I have said before, my camera is so out-dated I cannot even remember what year I bought it, but that being said, it has taken thousands of photographs. It has served me well, and will continue to serve me as I see no priority in replacing it. I took this photo with the camera, and knowing that I would be lucky if one of the shots turned out well enough to see those wonderful colors around the Moon, and this was the best shot for that. Just wanted to share it.
We watched our beloved Alabama Crimson Tide SEC football championship game last night and fortunately for us, Bama came out on top when the time ran out. It was one of the best SEC championship games I have witnessed. Both teams (Georgia Bulldogs and Alabama) played hard and hit hard. Now on to play Notre Dame for the National Championship game!

The moon has been VERY bright here recently. Almost like daylight. Unfortunately it usually means FROST too. Brrrrrrr.
